Krabi Part 3

My kids were excited to go to Krabi for many reasons. One of the foremost reasons is the rock climbing.

Adam even got into the action.

 Spencer scampered up the face. He is a natural.

Jordan is buff. There is no other way to say it. She held her own in the Rock Climbing department. 

Ethan excelled. He is really strong and agile. 

My kids get all their skill from their Dad. Christopher is AMAZING!!!

Boys will be Boys, no matter how old they are. Christopher did a great back flip off of the boat.

Syd was pretty tuckered out by the time this picture was taken. She was a pretty good sport with no naps.

Preston kept a smile even though he could only ride in the boat. He was gracious and cheered for everyone while they swam, paddled and rock climbed.

Jelsma's let Spencer and Christopher borrow their scooters. Spencer had a blast and I still don't know how the words,"Yes you can ride the scooters!" came out of my mouth.

Krabi Part 2

We rode Elephants through the Jungle, it was pretty intense. We have ridden elephants before, but nothing like this. Elephants are amazing creatures and can climb quite well. I was nervous as we were climbing down the hills, but we all survived.

Krabi Part 1

We went to Krabi the day after Preston had surgery on his collarbone.  Preston was such a good sport!! We absolutely loved KRABI. We are planning on going back so that Preston can enjoy the trip with us this time. We traveled to Krabi with 3 other families and had a ball. Thanks to the JELSMA, WEBB and BYWATER families for the enjoyable vacation.

We kayaked through some incredible scenery. It was really hot and Sydney was not enjoying the trip. She ended up on my lap the whole time- that was really hot.

We kayaked with the Webbs. No one fell overboard, which is good because we saw some big old lizards and snakes in the water.

Spencer kayaked Preston all over the place. Preston was all dead weight.

We signed up for a cooking class at the Krabi Cooking School with Mrs. Ya. It was a highlight of the trip.

Please pay special attention to the backhoe that is in the background. They were building a new kitchen, so we had a backhoe and plenty of dirt to add to the ambiance. We really did have a lot of fun, with plenty of laughter along the way

 

Loser!

What happens when you are the youngest of six? You learn to say Loser with the L on the forhead.

Our kids are growing up WAY TOO Fast. We adore them all.
